I graduated college and started in HR — and found my way into recruiting from there. I never left. I've worked inside nonprofit healthcare and some of the most competitive tech hiring environments out there, including Reddit, Netflix, Amazon, and Mars. My passion is continuously learning how hiring actually works behind the scenes and bringing that knowledge back to people navigating their careers — helping them move forward with clarity and confidence. I've sat in all three seats. That's what makes the difference.
